Refund policy
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. You can always contact us with any questions or concerns at flatcreekfabric@gmail.com.
Damaged and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order within seven (7) days of the date it is delivered. Contact us at flatcreekfabric@gmail.com immediately if your order is damaged, you received the wrong item, or you received the incorrect quantity. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and decide what needs to be done to make it right.
If a refund or exchange is approved for damaged or incorrect orders, we will send you instructions on how to proceed so the refund or exchange can be processed. If you were instructed to return your order to us, we will notify you when it has been received and will complete your refund or exchange once your return has been inspected and final approval has been given to do so. If approved, the amount of your approved refund will be automatically refunded based on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items sent back to us without first notifying us of the problem with your order will not be accepted.
